The Zetter Bloomsbury becomes the brand’s third London hotel, joining its Marylebone and Clerkenwell locations.
The property scheduled to open in March 2026 will open its doors in Bloomsbury, a district in the West End of London, part of the London Borough of Camden, a fashionable residential area defined by its Georgian squares, literary heritage (Charles Dickens, Virginia Wollf), and intellectual hub status, hosting the British Museum, University of London (UCL, SOAS) and numerous museums, (Foundling, Wellcome) alongside beautiful gardens and green spaces like Russell Square, offering a blend of quiet charm and central access to other attractive West End areas and shopping districts.
The hotel spanning six interconnecting Georgian townhouses near Russell Square has been designed by James Thurstan Waterworth and will feature 68 stylish and comfortable rooms.
Ground floor spaces will include The Parlour serving light bites and cocktails, The Orangery main dining venue, which during the summer months will extend outdoors into a BBQ area, a fully equipped gym with outdoor yoga space.
MD operations Europe of the Zetter Group, Kevin Rockey, stated that this upcoming opening represents a natural evolution for the company. With The Zetter Bloomsbury the group has captured something essential about the neighbourhood’s creative and intellectual character, shaping a design that feels deeply rooted in history yet refreshingly contemporary.
