Phi Hotels Group, notorious Canadian company with headquarter in Surrey – British Columbia well known to have a notable collection of renewable accomodation and commercial estate properties in Alberta and British Columbia and brand of the Group Xenia Hotellerie Solution, has acquired the Hotel Ambra Palace of Pescara.
The negotiation saw the presence and support of PwC Italia with the group Xenia Hotellerie Solution had previously taken an independent portion of the property.
The terms under which Phi Hotels has acquired the corporate branch of Hotel Ambra Palace concern a 18-year lease for 1.9 million euros and as an additional clause an exclusive option for three years on the future purchase of the asset for approximately 1.6 million euros.
The 3*** category hotel, located in a strategic area of the Abruzzo city, a few steps from the Pescara Centrale railway station and a short distance from the Adriatic seafront, with a good general feedback for its services and for a last year that recorded revenues of about 750,000 euros, will be renamed as Phi Hotel Ambra and will provide 60 rooms.
The Canadian group certainly adds to its portfolio, an excellent hotel referenced in a city like Pescara that has a very varied tourism attracting various niches linked to business trips, events, fairs, leisure with an excellent level of incoming.
