Sandaya, well known French group based in Paris created in 2010 by Xavier Guilbert and François Georges, company managers with proven experience in the tourism industry and today renowned leader with 4 and 5 star campsites in Europe, has seen Italy as a very fertile ground for the new subsidiary and has called a well-known character of the Italian hospitality indistry,Roberto Franchi who will take on the position of CEO and leading the operations.
This important operation stems from the acquisition from Pgim of four complexes such as the Europa Camping Village in Cavallino Treporti in the province of Venice and three campsites located in Tuscany in the province of Livorno such as the International Camping Etruria in Marina di Castagneto, the Pianacce Camping Village in Castagneto Carducci and the Toscana Camping Village in Vada.
This integration is part of a growth and expansion strategy that will see other operations in Spain and Belgium with Roberto Franchi who will lead and manage the integration of the new entries by developing the hospitality chain through external growth and optimizing the synergies between the parent company in France and Italy.
