Varadero Gourmet International Festival – from 11th to 13th September 2024

 

Varadero, idyllic Caribbean destination that covers the narrow Hicaos peninsula in Cuba, where along its 20 kilometers of coastline there are a series of prestigious hotel complexes, all-inclusive Spas and a famous golf course will host the 14th edition of  “Festival Internacional Varadero Gourmet” from 11th to 13th September 2024, a unique event for all experts and lovers of culinary art.

On the occasion of this event, the presence of countries such as Brazil, Chile, China, France Italy, Spain and United States of America has already been confirmed.

The main theme of this edition will be focused on the evolution of Cuban gastronomy with an extensive program that includes conferences, exhibitions, cooking and gastronomy competitions.

The Commercial Director of Palmares Extra Hotel Company Ariadna Viñas informed that during the three days of the event, participants will be able to exchange useful information on haute,traditional, artistic cuisine, transformations of cuisine and points concerning the evolution, renewed tradition and teaching of gastronomy with its cultural and educational influences.

Lázaro Casabella, Deputy Director of Palmares, commented that in the midst of the socio-economic scenario that Cuba is experiencing, this event is organized and planned with the fundamental purpose of showing the evolution of gastronomy based on sustainability and for this reason Varadero International Gourmet Festival will be the ideal place to socialize and live experiences through presentations, conferences and competitions.
