Taiwan, country in East Asia also known as Formosa and Taipei, island situated between the East and South China Seas in the northwestern Pacific Ocean through Taiwan Tourim has just presented in the British Capital London its new tourist brand named "TAIWAN – Waves of Wonder".
The Taiwan Tourism Administration looks ahead to the last quarter of the current year with this launch and will highlight major attractions and notable events such as the Taiwan Lantern Festival, Solar Festival, Tea Culture Tours and its hot springs.
All these initiatives are aimed at improving the visibility of the country as a tourist destination throughout the year, thus attracting a wider audience, as well as highlighting the abundant national tourism resources such as the services that make Taiwan an ideal destination for business vacations and the friendliness of its inhabitants.
In addition to all that deserves to be mentiones that the Asian country was recently awarded as Asia Best Leisure Destination at the 12th edition of the Leisure Lifestyle Awards developed by Global Traveler.
