The Six Sense Milan with opening scheduled for next year is located in Via Brera, famed urban artery in the emblematic Brera District, artists' neighbourhood, a place of bohemian atmosphere xometines referred as "the milanese Montmartre", a very captivating area which buzzes with stylish restaurants, trendy cafes, fashion boutiques and upscale food shops lining elegant streets and suggestive, cobbled alleys and where the emblematic Pinacoteca di Brera gallery and its superb collection of Italian art spanning centuries of history and the fresco – filled , 15th century Santa Maria del Carmine Church.
The hotel, a stone's throw from the captivating Via del Carmine and the historic Brera Botanical Garden, will provide 68 rooms including 15 suites and two accommodations with plunge pools and it will also feature a rooftop bar and pool, a Spa and a specialty restaurant and deli.
The opening of the Six Senses Lake Como is scheduled for 2028 after a renovation of the historic and famed Grand Hotel Cadenabbia, a grand villa on landscaped gardens overlooking the lake located in the homonymous locality along Via Regina and part of the municipality of Griante situated between the communities of Menaggio and Tremezzo on the idyllic west shore of Lake Como not far from the stunning Villa Carlotta and historically frequent destination of iconic characters such as Stendhal, Queen Victoria, Konrad Adenauer, Giuseppe Verdi and the Kaiser Wilhelm II.
The restored hotel will reduce its room count to 102 rooms while expanding its Spa and wellness area.
The property will provide both a floating pool on the lake and an outdoor pool and there will a specialty dining concept, a restaurant and a terrace bar.
