SLS Playa Mujeres | Brand First Resort All – Inclusive to open near Cancun in November

 

In November, the SLS Playa Mujeres resort near Cancun in Mexico, will make its debut, the first all-inclusive hotel to open in this geographical area of the SLS brand that is part of the Ennismore Holdings Limited group, well known hospitality company made up of three pillars comprising 17 brands, 2 independent F&B groups.

Ennismore Holdings Limited founded in 2011 by Sharan Pasricha is a global collective of entrepreneurial and founder – built brands with creativity & purpose at their heart, a joint venture with Accor S.A, renowned French multinationalles- Moulineaux hospitality company based in Issy - les - Moulineaux established in 2021 to create a new autonomous entity, with Accor holding a majority shareholding.

According to the website of SLS hotels, the resort will be available from November 10, 2024, the accommodation is located in Playa Mujeres, north of the main city of Cancun, on the northeast coast of Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula, facing the Caribbean sea, a sunny, secluded marina and golf destination on the coast of Isla Mujeres, facing an island with the same name that is about to welcome a new major resort – all-inclusive just 35 minutes from Cancun International Airport.

The resortprovide 498 rooms, as far as the room is concerned there are some layouts and unique options, giving the room with access to the swimming pool and the duplex with water heaters on the ground.

With a prime area across from the local beachfront, the resort offers an impressive list of 18 different dining concepts, from a New York inspired sports bar named Hudson Tavern to a kid – focused comfort food spot called Barracuda to a French brasserie.

The SLS hotels brand is characterized by offering extraordinary experiences with subservise design touches & unexpected indulgences, theatrical interiors and culinary artistry.

While SLS is not typically considered a family-friendly brand, the new SLS Playa Mujeres will be an ideal resort for families, as confirmed by the company, and it is undoubtedly a big step in the Accor's company, new foray into the all-inclusive market.
