The management agreement was established with PT Komodo Property Management, a Singapore - incorporated Fund Management with an initial focus on Real Estate opportunities in Indonesia only.
Kaliwatu Villas and Residences - Dusit Collection is located in Flores Island, one of Indonesia’s Lesser Sunda Islands, east of Komodo Island ad west of Lembata Island, a destination boasting a remarkable flora and fauna, along with dramatic coastal scenery and volcanic peaks, a strategic base to explore many other islands and islets of the archipelago.
The complex is situated in the west port and fishing town of Labuan Bajo,in the East Nusa Tenggara province of Indonesia and capital of the West Manggarai Regency, one of the eight regencies on Flores island.
Labuan Bajo is a rapidly growing tourism destination, close to a good number of beautiful beaches, highlighted by lively bars and restaurants, a strategic a gateway to the pristine and untamed Komodo National Park, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and just minutes from Komodo International Airport.
