The two hotels opened in the English city are the Hyatt Place Leeds and Hyatt House Leeds, a launch that marks the brands' first venture into the Leeds market consisting in dual - branded development offering practical amenities, spacious rooms, 24/7 convenience for guests, highlighted by a very intuitive design and both establishments BREEAM certified, fully electric, reflecting a commitment to sustainability.
Aimbridge Hospitality, leading, American, third - party management company with over 1500 hotels globally, group based in Arlington, Texas, well known for its deep market knowledge, and focused operating expertise, manages the hotels and restaurant.
The hotels are located in the regenerated Sovereign Square, the first new public space to be developed in Leeds for over a decade and the first ever urban park in the area, highlighted by a mix of architectural styles, old and modern and a nice green space, representing an integral part of a wider masterplan vision from Leeds City Council to regenerate the South Bank area.
