Maybourne a Qatari-owned British luxury hotel operator,formerly the prestigious Savoy Hotel Group based in London, which owns and manages various great, upcale properties such as Claridge’s, The Connaught, The Berkeley, The Maybourne Beverly Hills in California and The Maybourne Riviera in Roquebrun - Cap - Martin, will open a luxury, Exclusive property in the charming and stylish quarter of Saint - Germain de Prés, one of the four administrative quarters of the 6th arrondissement of Paris.
The future estabishment will be located at the end of the elegant street Rue de Rennes between the iconic Boulevard Saint - Germain and the Seine River developed around the church of the former Abbey of Saint – Germain - des - Prés, an opening that will mark the group’s first in Paris and second in France overall with its launch scheduled for 2027.
The property will arise along the "Rive Gauche", a Parisian area on the left side of the River Seine River, corresponding to the south side of the Seine through the middle of the the French capital where many of the famous writers and artists lived within the 17th - century, Îlot Saint - Germain, an urban block located in the Invalides district, bordered by the very lively and elegant Rue de Bourgogne, Rue de l’ Université, Rue Saint - Dominique and the aformentioned Boulevard Saint – Germain.
The luxury establishment will feature 101 rooms, subdivided in 51 guestrooms and 50 suites surrounding an inner courtyard, and 23 branded residences which will be led in their development by two renowned designers such as Pierre - Yves Rochon, known worldwide for its exclusive interior architecture projects in the residential, hotel and luxury restaurant sectors, famous for his impeccable craftmanship and attention to details will oversee seven, located along Rue Saint - Dominique.and Laura Gonzalez, renowned for her freewheeling combinations of styles, materials, motifs and furnishings, who will be responsible for 16 residences on Rue de l’ Université.
All guests will have access to six food and beverage outlets as well as Maybourne’s spa and health club Surrenne which includes fitness and beauty services and three pool, one situated on the third floor, a second on the rooftop, and a third will only be accessible to residents.
