IHG Hotels & Resorts, British multinational hospitality company based in Windsor, Berkshire, England, UK has introduced its Garner brand to Southeast Asia with the opening of a new hotel located in Pattaya, a vibrant coastal city and a famous destination on Thailand’s eastern Gulf in Chomburi province, well known for its beautiful beaches, a large presence of hotels, high - rise condos, shopping malls, cabaret bars, 24 – hour clubs a a very vibrant nightlife, approximately two hours from Bangkok.
Garner Hotel Pattaya Central by IHG is located at 80, 168 Moo in Pattaya Central near Pattaya Beach, Terminal 21, a 20 - minute walk or a 7 - minute ride to Pattaya’s beachfront and Central Festival Pattaya Beach, close to various restaurants and ahops and approximately a 1.5 hour drive from Suvarnabhumi International Airport.
The hotel features 153 comfortable rooms with amenities such as soft bedding, branded bathroom products, workspaces, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Some rooms provide additional space and natural light through panoramic windows.
Additional facilities at the hotel include The Gather Café, a casual dining and co - working space, a rooftop pool, a rooftop gym, a 24/7 Garner Shop in the lobby, offering snacks and complimentary coffee and tea, a 24/7 self - service laundry and the hotel also includes a feature wall called “Sketches of Humanity” in the reception area, showcasing portraits of guests.
The new property joins Garner hotels, an affordable, midscale brand focused on guest - centric features like convenient locations, a flexible design with character, offering complimentary hot breakfast, comfortable beds, and pet - friendly options.
Launched in 2023 the Garner brand has expanded rapidly with over 72 open hotels and another 80 in pipeline. The brand has locations across Asia, Europe and the United States, including a recently opened hotel in Kyoto, Japan.
