The Ginger Gurugram Sector 1 hotel was developed by the Rajdarbar Group, one of the largest and only integrated real estate players in India, headquartered in Delhi, integrated in the Global Foyer Mall in the heart of Palam Vihar, a prominent, well - established residential area ofGurugram near the Delhi border, known for its planned infrastructure, green spaces. The opening of Ginger Gurugram is part of The Indian Hotels Company Limited broader strategy to expands the brand’s presence in one of India's major lodging markets.
