The properties join the brand are:
• The Clayfield, Niagara - on - the Lake, Ontario, Canada - The property is located in Niagara - on - the Lake, a historic, picturesque town in southern Ontario, located at the confluence of the Niagara River and Lake Ontario.
The town known as the “Napa Valley of Canada” and the hearth of Ontario wine country, with over 20 wineries (especially ice wine) is highlighted by 19th - architecture, the renowned Shaw Festival Theatre, the charming, flower - lined Queen Street, and the summer Shaw Festival, a series of theatre productions.
Scheduled to open in mid - summer 2026, the property is designed with influences from the region’s clay - rich soils and vineyards, and is currently accepting reservations.
This boutique, full - service wellness hotel features 60 rooms and 42 apartments with vineyard views, a rooftop terrace, a restaurant with local, artisanal dining options. The property will also offer a spa offering treatments inspired b,y local elements, including clay - based body rituals and vinotherapy.
The Clayfield, will collaborate with Status Vineyards to provide curated tastings and guest experiences.
• Cayo Levantado Resort - Samaná, the Dominican Republic - The resort is located on a private island in the Samaná Bay off the northern coast of the Dominican Republic, renowned for its stunning white - sand beaches, crystal - clear turquoise waters, and lush tropical vegetation, an area that is a prime spot for viewing humpback whales, typically between January and March.
Known historically as “Bacardi island”, Cayo Levantado features a blend of public beaches for day - trippers and exclusive, luxurious, all - inclusive resort accommodations on the eastern side, offering popular activities include snorkeling among colourful fish, kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming.
This luxury all inclusive, sustainability - focused resort is expected to join The Unbound Collection by Hyatt in the summer.
