The luxurious villa developed on a 50-acre estate, totally surrounded by about 2400 olive trees was originally in the 19th century a summer residence for travelers who wanted to savor the taste of a traditional Italian holiday.
The villa located in Triggianello enjoys a privileged position just 5.0 kilometers from the Adriatic coast and 15 minutes by car from Polignano a Mare, a beautiful seaside resort on the Bari coast.
The Villa provides 11 rooms and suites all decorated with a refined design with a view of the gardens and the greatest highlight is undoubtedly the Torre Bianca Suite from which you can admire the rural landscapes of the captivating pulian countryside, the municipalities of Monopoli, Castellana Grotte, Conversano and the beautiful Adriatic coast.
The structure offers additional facilities such as a gym, sauna, a bar, a restaurant serving typical Apulian cuisine, a TV room and an outdoor swimming pool.
