The newly built lifestyle hotel is strategically located on the lively Central Avenue in the eclectic EDGE district, an urban area teeming with an intense cultural, artistic, musical life, with a lively atmosphere to be considered the true soul of the "Sunshine City" as St. Petersburg is nicknamed for its mild and sunny climate.
The hotel has been meticulously designed by the prestigious Storyn Studio for Architecture , famous group of architects, designers and urban planners of great talent with various works carried out in the United States and internationally.
The hotel will provide 163 rooms and suites all tastefully furnished and with a refined design, equipped with all services, spaces for meetings and conventions, premium cafeteria, rooftop swimming pool with bar, dynamic lobby with indoor and outdoor spaces and outdoor bar.
Apart that, it was also announced the opening of the second location in Sparrow which offers dining experiences for all tastes, lively nightlife on one of the most famous rooftops in the entire Florida.
Certainly great news for the "Sunshine City", one of the most prominent centers in the Tampa Bay area and Florida Gulf's Coast with a new hotel of great appeal.
