Palladium Hotel Group | Next Opening in the UAE
The well-known Spanish multinational Palladium Hotel Group, part of the Matute group with its headquarters in Ibiza in the Balearic Islands has been operating on the market for about 50 years when it was known under the name Fiesta Hotel Group is expanding its business operations towards the Middle East.
After climbing in other geographical areas
of the world, Palladium Hotel Group launches itself in the Asian market,
concretely in the Middle East with the brand that was born in Ibiza: Ushuïa which will be among other things the first international opening for
the group with this brand.
The hotel will open its doors in the Arab Emirates United, specifically on the island of Al Marjan in Ras Al Khaimah, an emerging tourist destination, the sixth largest city in the UAE, well known for being an EarthCheck certified destination.
The project is expected to open in 2026 and has a total cost of about 100 million dollars in terms of investments in an intense collaboration with Real Almal Estate Development and Al Marjan.
The hotel will have 442 rooms, a beach club, an infinity pool next to the island of Wynn Marjan on the Persian Gulf and will be named Ushuaaïa Unexpected Hotels & Residences.
The enthusiasm of the CEO of Palladium Hotel Group to enter the Middle East with a property is remarkable, confirming the growth of a brand that is a true symbol for the group and the first foray into the segment of brand's residences.
