GuestHouse Hotels, independent British hospitality group created by the Guest brothers with a strong philosophy to create stylish hotels that surprise and amaze the guests by giving them a memorable experience, will open its fourth property in Brighton, lively seaside resort on the south coast of England in the county of East Sussex, 76 kilometers from London.
This Brighton property joins the three located in Bath, Margate and York and has been named No.124 by GuestHouse Brighton.
The hotel is located on the charming seafront of Brighton and is housed in four Regency style townhouses characterized by that style that stands out in architecture in the use of elegant, eclectic details also with links to the revival, two of which are Victorian and the other two Victorian.
The hotel will provide 32 tastefully and elegantly furnished rooms spread over five floors, half of which are located at the front of the complex offering beautiful views on the old, historic West Pier.
The hotel boasts an outdoor bar served by a wood-burning stove, the Pearly Cow Restaurant with 65 seats which will offer private dinners for up to 12 people in an adjacent room.
Other amenities include FieldTrip Spa which has three rooms and two double treatment rooms, useful spaces for hosting meetings, events, conferences and weddings, a bar-lounge area that can accommodate up to 22 people with a connected games room.
In the center of the building there is a courtyard with a glass ceiling that can be booked for private events with a maximum capacity of 30 people.
Brand signatures for GuestHouse also include The Pantry, a self-serve station with snacks and sweets on the first floor, a library with vinyl records at the front desk, and Crosley record players in the room.
