Preferred Hotels & Resorts | 30 New Elite Members in its Portfolio

Preferred Hotels & Resorts, renowned company representing more than 650 hotels, resorts and residences in 85 countries with its headquarter in Newport Beach – CA – US has added 30 elite units to its network.

These transactions took place between 01 April and 30 June 2024 with new properties situated in various countries among them Saudi Arabia, Dominican Republic, Portugal, South Africa and others with accomodation ranging from an all-inclusive resort to a historic villa.

Some notable hotels and highlights are 

Boutique Hotel Stresa in Italy part of the L.V.X collection located in the idyllic Stresa. Lake Maggiore pearl which provides 30 rooms including 26 suites and 4 private Spa suites, a rooftop bar and a solarium with infinity pool.

Casa Velas Puerto Vallarta in belonging to the Lifestyle Collection, a boutique resort boasting 80 adults-only suites in the trendy resort of Puerto Vallarta on the Pacific Riviera in Messico. The accomodation features immersion pools, an 18-hole golf course, activities including yoga classes, meditation, tea workshops, jacuzzi hot tubs, live music,  two restaurants, a swim – up bar, tequila tastings and dining events.

FORTH Hotel & Club located in Atlanta – Georgia – US recently opened and part of L.V.X Collection featuring 39 rooms developed in an apartment style, four F&B rooms, terrace, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, members-only social club with exclusive restaurant, lounge and bar.

The RuMa Hotel & Residences located in the capital of Malaysia Kuala Lumpur part of the Lifestyle Collection situated in the golden triangle of the city providing 253 luxury rooms and suites, ATAS European bistro, Seven Lobby Bar, LIBRARI for light meals and afternoon tea, SANTAI pool Bar, lounge, UR Spa, an 82-foot outdoor pool, gym and barber shop.

This incorporation translates into a commitment to transformative travel experiences as well as representing the largest announcement of new members since 2018 with eight new prestigious members of the Legend Collection demonstrate the highest levels of luxury in some of the world's most captivating destinations.

In addition to expanding the group's L.V.X and Lifestyle collection, Preferred Hotels & Resorts has added a number of properties to its Legend Collection, which has nowadays more than 100 members in its portfolio, including Son Bunyola in Mallorca, Spain, Ulusaba, Sabi Sands, South Africa and Kasbah Tamadot in Morocco, among others.
