The property is located at number 39 Rua São Bento, a famous artery of an iconic neighborhood of the same name boasting numerous trendy bars, quality restaurants, antique shops and well connected to the rest of the city by public transport supported by subway, tram and bus lines.

The building, completely renovated, bears the signature of the famous architect Carrilho Graça, with design, decorations and artistic care entrusted to Studio Astolfi, following a project by the owners & prners David Clarkin and Andrew Richardson, as well as their sons Henry Clarkin and Anna Richardson.
The aparthotel is spread over 5 floors and is divided into 15 residential units, on the 0th floor there are two apartments with 1 bedroom and private patio while the other 13 apartments are divided into the upper floors, one of which is a T2 with terrace.
The housing units are fully equipped and have a living room with kitchen and while following the same line in design, all types have details, characteristics that make them special in their own way. On the ground floor there is a bright hybrid lobby that combines with a 24-hour reception and a bar area specially designed to host meetings and special events with DJ sessions.
