the Four Seasons Hotel New York next November after its closure in 2021 during
the pandemic.
This 52-story New York hotel landmark is located on East 57th Street between Park and Madison Avenues just steps from Central Park in the heart of Midtown Manhattan home to iconic attractions such as Time Square and the Museum of Modern Art boasting superb landmarks including the Empire State Building, the Flatiron Building, the Chrysler Building and Grand Central Terminal, in the city's primary central business district.
The history of this hotel had been interrupted in 2021 after the inauspicious period of the pandemic but even it is believed that a legal dispute between the operators and the owner Ty Warner regarding operating costs, profit margins and room rates had led to the hotels' prolonged closure.
Soon reservations should start again for one of the most luxurious hotels in New York which is also famous for being the most expensive in the entire American city, becoming a destination for the wealthiest American and international families.
According to the famous New York Post, conservative daily tabloid newspaper, some of the 368 rooms that the hotel provides have been converted into apartments that will be rented.
However, the fate of the luxurious and emblematic Ty Warner Penthouse Suite designed by I.M. Pei, filled with original art located on the top floor remains unknown, which boasts an area of 400 square meters that before closing was available at the price of € 45,000 per night.
