Radisson Hospitality Inc. trading as Radisson Hotel Group, American multi – national company headquartered in Brussels has managed 130 new properties that entered its global portfolio in the first 6 months of 2024.
Specific data concern the notable growth internationally of the group's brands such as Radisson Blu, Radisson Collection and Radisson RED with a development plan that has seen the introduction of the Radisson Collection and Radisson RED brands in new markets and almost 20 new Radisson Blu acquisitions.
The Radisson RED brand has entered several new markets such as China, Ireland, Laos, New Zealand, Thailand bringing the global portfolio to almost 90 hotels.
In EMEA Radisson Hotel among the important acquisitions are the Radisson Collection in Paris located in the heart of the French capital a short distance from the Louvre Museum and the opening of the Hotel Antica Roma part of the Radisson Collection Hotel.
The hotel group has also strengthened its presence in Saudi Arabia with the announcement of Radisson Hotel Group's signing of Radisson Residences in Riyadh, with the opening scheduled for the end of 2024 which will be the tenth property in the city and the 44th in the Arab country counting the hotels in operation and those under development.
In the first half of 2024, the hotel company signed 20 new Radisson Blu hotels, maintaining its status as the most high-end brand in Europe for over 12 years.
The new entries include signatures in Italy, Montenegro, Tunisia, Tanzania and the Radisson Blu Das Triest in Vienna which will open its doors in the Austrian capital in the coming months.
The first half of 2024 also marked the introduction of the Radisson Individuals brand in France, on the French Riviera and expansion into Great Britain, with the signing and opening of new properties in Folkestone, the county of Kent and Surrey.
