If the passenger wishes to share their contact information with the airline, the accredited agent must enter the contact information in the PNR.
If the passenger refuses to share the necessary contact information with the airline, the accredited agents must inform the passenger that they will not be able to receive information from the airline in the event of a flight cancellation or schedule change.
