Luxury lifestyle brand Faena founded in 2000 and led by Alan Roger Faena founder and President of the group, Argentine hotelier and real estate developer who developed properties in Miami Beach as well as in his native Buenos Aires, member of the Tate International Committee and the New Museum Leaders Council has launched its first standalone located on Miami's riverfront, housed across, Two, 60 – storey towers.
Faena Residences Miami is located at 90 SW 3rd Street along the Miami River not far from Jose Marti Park is a project developed by Fortune International Group, a real estate development, sales and marketing and brokerage firm based in Miami which has delivered more than 7.000 units and nine million square – feet of projects include The Ritz Carlton Residences, Pompano Beach, the St.Regis Residences and Sunny Isles Beach among others.
In this development collaborated KAR Properties, a real estate development and investment firm primarily focused in key gateway cities headquartered in New York and currently oversees management of a core portfolio and development pipeline in excess of five million square feet.
The design was developed by Rafael Viñoly Architects well known group founded in 1983, headquartered in New York, known internationally for its architectural and planning projects around the globe with also offices in London, Manchester, Buenos Aires, Palo Alto and Abu Dhabi.
The residential project is part of the Faena District Miami River which will include wellness facilities, a marina, recreational areas and public art.
Alan Faena co - founder of Faena Group commented that the building on the legacy of the company established in Miami Beach represent its vision for this project is to create a community rooted in the core values blending artistic expression, cultural immersion, wellness and innovative design.
This new Faena District on the embodies river is the true essence of Faena in one of Miami's most vibrant neighborhoods, offering the first fully Miami-centric design aimed at enhancing well-being and elevating the experience of happiness.
