This place has to be discovered and experienced metre by metre exploring the fertile and calm Punhaka valley, well known for Buddhist festivals and where the iconic Punhaka Dzong stands, one of the Bhutan's oldest, largest and fortified monasteries holding an important relic over which many wars were fought with the Tibetans.
The hotel complex consists of a group of buildings developed in wood, with sloping roofs, characteristics that fully reflect the traditional Bhutanese architecture among which there are 21 villas with semi -fixed tents, extending in layers,as if they were the petals of a lotus flower.
Each villa provides the maximum comfort, characterized by its typical Bhutanese design and features stylish accessories, Serge Ferrari fabrics and copper pieces, among others.
The hotel's creators point out that the minimum number of trees was cut down to create villas with between one and three bedrooms, each equipped with a private pool and a spacious terrace.
