House of Gods Hotel | Set to Open in London’s Canary Wharf

 

Imbiba, leisure, lifestyle and entertainment investor based in London has signed an agreement with Canary Wharf Group plc, property company, developer of Europe's largest urban regeneration project, which builds and manages property and real estate in Canary Wharf headquartered in the British Capital for the opening of a House of Gods Hotel in London’ s Canary Wharf with also a restaurant and music venue in 2025.

The 65.000 square - foot, mixed - use project will be located along Bank Street in Canary Wharf in the Docklands of London, a thriving urban hub in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets near the Isle of Dogs and it will include :

·       A 78 – bedroom House of Gods Hotel with rooftop bar

·       An Amazing Grace music venue

·       Events facility operated by Camm & Hooper

Imbiba Chief Real Estate Officer Kieran Sherlock said the company has a long-standing and very successful partnership with Canary Wharf Group on which this investment seeks to build on further.

Visitors to Canary Wharf are at an all-time high with a 7.5% year-to-date increase compared to 2023 which saw 67.2 million visitors and the company continues to see strong demand across Canary Wharf Group's retail, leisure and hospitality offering with 97% occupancy.
