MB Signature Properties, company that specializes in the development, marketing, sale and administration of real estate projects, based in Mérida - Yucatan - Mexico is developing MB Resort Orlando, a luxury resort expected to open in winter 2028 in the Central Florida’s city and the county seat of the Orange County, well known to be home to more than a dozen theme parks.
The MB Resort Orlando will be constructed in front of Lake Bryant, a 214 acre lake located in scenic Orange County surrounded by lush greenery, lined with exotic foliage and towering trees, popular spot for fishing, waterskiing, kayaking, wakeboarding and other excting watersports, a great place also for families outing amidst nature, which is located about 8.0 kilometres from the Disney Springs dining/shopping district.
The resort will feature 199 two bedroom, two – bathroom suites with kitchens, with plans include a rooftop bar, restaurant, fitness center, Spa, outdoor pool, splash park, fire pit area, arcade room and co – working space.
