The Villatel Orland Resort will open its doors on 3rd March 2025, a 80 - acre accomodation located in Orlando, Florida - U.S. along Del Verde Wy, near Universal Orlando Resort, famed theme park and entertainment complex located on Universal Boulevard founded in 1990 and owned by NBCUniversal, Universal City Travel Partners.
The resort will offer two type of accommodation, the Villas, provide up nine bedrooms for groups of up to 26 guests, with luxury amenities such as private spa pools, full kitchens, movie theatres and game rooms.
For a unique touch, each villa features up two themed bedrooms designed and created by Immersive Scenic Studios, Orlando based theming company that utilizes foam sculpting, one – off muralist works, 3-D printing, custom carpentry, and clay modelling to create exceptional home experiences through immersive theming and design.
Alternatively, guests can choose to stay at the nation's first Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy Resorts part of the portfolio of Mariott International, multinanational hospitality company based in Bethesda - Maryland set to open in early 2025 featuring two to three bedrooms providing full kitchens and private balconies with resort views.
The resort features a full – scale water park, Aqua Bay, which boasts several slides and a children's wet playground, Splash Cove, the Lazy Loop and Grand Resort Pool where guests can enjoy relaxation, various dining options and refrehments available at the Aqua Bar & Grille, sporting facilities include basketball and pickleball courts, an avant - garde fitness centre and a Top Golf Swing Suite.
Villatel Orlando Resort is also offering a complimentary shuttle transportation to theme parks and access to Dezerland Park Orlando, included in the booking with a special 20% discount on stays to celebrate its grand opening.
The CEO of Villatel Stephen Lobell said that the resort aims to bring people together in a comfortable, playful setting and it is designed to cater various gests from sports teams t9o family groups.
