The Telegraph Hotel in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, will be the first hotel in the region to join the The Leading Hotels of the World Collection, famed marketing organization dedicated to the luxury hospitality established in 1928 by European hoteliers, headquartered in New York City, U.S, boasting in its exclusive collection more than 400 independent luxury hotels in over 80 countries.

The hotel will open in late 2025, developed and managed by Silk Hospitality, leading hospitality provider headquartered in Tbilisi, managing and operating a variety of assets ranging from upscale hotels, high -  end residential projects, renowned restaurants, luxury casinos and other leisure facilities, a subsidiary of Dubai based SRG Holding, one of the leading family - owned holding companies in the UAE, with extensive operations in property development and management, hospitality, real estate investment, and wholesale trading.

The property, located at 31/13 Shota Rustaveli Avenue, in the heart of Tbilisi, the capital and largest city of Georgia, the last capital of the Georgian Soviet Socialist Republic and the the Transcaucasian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, lying on the banks of the Kura River, a centre with a rich cultural and historical heritage highlighted by a unique blend of Eastern and Western influences, reflected in its architecture encompasses ornate art nouveau buildings, Soviet Modernist structures, Byzantine Orthodox churches, cuisine and traditions.
