 Minor Hotels, an international operator, investor and owner in the hospitality industry, a company founded in 1978 and based in Bangkok, Thailand, boasting a large portfolio of hotels, resorts and vacation properties across the world has officially opened its first hotel in Peru, in Lima, capital and largest city of the country, a sprawling metropolis located in the valleys of the Chillón, Rimac and Lurin Rivers, in the desert of the central coastal part of the country, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, a centre boasts a very rich cultural and historical heritage, highlighted by outstanding colonial and baroque architecture, a vibrant atmosphere, beautiful beaches and well known for its innovative fusion cuisine.

The opening of the nhow Lima marks a strategic move in the Americas as part of Minor Hotels regional expansion strategy, in a vibrant and demanded destination like Lima with strong projections indicate an 8% annual growth rate through 2025, with a relevant focus on cultural immersion and community - based tourism experiences.

The hotel which began operations on August 1, entered in the nhow brand, known for its unconventional and design - focused hotels integrating art, design and technologies into its properties and  located in key urban areas. These hotels are designed to be more than just places to stay; they aim to be creative hubs and landmarks within their cities, offering unexpected and surprising experiences. Nhow hotels are inspired by the cities they inhabit and feature unique designs created by leading architects and designers. 

nhow Lima is located at Calle Atahualpa, 155, a lively street at the intersection of the bustling avenue Avenida José Pardo, just steps away from the Parque John Fitzgerald Kennedy Park, 1.9 kilometres from Waikiki Beach and a 35 - minute drive from Jorge Chávez International Airport in the Miraflores district. 

Miraflores is an upscale area characterized by its coastal location, safe and touristy atmosphere, rich cultural and commercial life, popular restaurants, boutiques, numerous green spaces and tourist attractions such as Malecón de Miraflores, Parque del Amor, Huaca Pucllana and the Larc shopping centre.

The prime location provides an easy access to several Lima’s major attractions, thanks also to excellence transport links and the hotel caters to both business and leisure travellers.

The property features 243 comfortable rooms and spacious suites and spread over 13 floors. The hotel includes various amenities aimed at enhancing guest experiences, such as Zónico, a fine dining restaurant located on the third floor, offering a menu that blends regional ingredients with Peruvian produce, providing a contemporary take on Latin American cuisine.
