CG Developers Global, the real estate arm of multinational conglomerate CG Corp Global established an agreement with Marriott International, American multinational hospitality company headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland to launch the first JW Marriott Residence at Dubai Islands, Central, a visionary and cosmopolitan waterfront destination featuring five isles of luxurious resorts, premium residences, stunning beaches, and cultural hubs.
The development is scheduled for early 2028 and aims to combine CG Developers’s real estate expertise with Marriott International’s service standards, with residences that will offer various ownership options and include services and lifestyle privileges associated with the JW Marriott brand which features an approachable, mindful luxury, focusing on guest - wellbeing through holistic wellness programs, serene spaces, and experience inspired by nature and local culture.
The future property will feature 115 ocean - view residences, a rooftop spa, fitness centre, concierge services and is part of CG developers’ strategy to expand its presence in the luxury residential market.
JW Marriott Residences at Dubai Islands, Central is not owned or developed by Marriott International but will operate under a license agreement, with Mars Estate Limited, a subsidiary of CG Gulf Real Estate Development LLC that manages the development.
This project in the United Arab Emirates is part of a broader collaboration between CG Corp Global, the parent company of CG Developers and Mariott International, which also involves the conversion of The Farm at San Benito in the Philippines into an Autograph Collection property and the introduction of a new brand, Series by Marriott, which will also feature Fern Hotels.
