Kempinski Hotels S.A. | To Begin Construction in Mid - November of a New Beachfront Property in Turks and Caicos, Located on Grace Bay Beach

Kempisnki Hotels S.A., commonly known as Kempinski, a prestigious luxury hotel management company founded in 1897 in Berlin, Germany and headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland will begin construction of a new beachfront development in Turks and Caicos, a British Overseas Territory consisting in a stunning archipelago of 40 low - lying islands southeast of the Bahamas, a property that will arise on the idyllic Grace Bay Beach that sits on the northeastern coast of Providenciales. 

The development on this tropical paradise famous for its pristine white sands and crystal - clear turquoise waters is led by JTRE, a real estate firm and integrated investor, developer and contractor with offices in Bratislava, Slovakia and London, England, UK and it will be exclusively represented by Christie’s International Real Estate Turks & Caicos and Engel & Völkers Turks and Caicos.  

This beachfront property will be the first in the region managed by Kempinski Hotels S.A. and  aims to offer a range of residential options, from studios to six - bedroom villas, all designed to provide privacy and direct beach access. 

The property with completion anticipated in early 2028 and pre - construction sales opportunities currently available will be developed on eleven acres of beachfront property near the Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Club, Leeward Marina, and local shopping and dining options.

The project includes 119 private residences and four oceanfront villas, a fine - dining restaurant, a beach - club restaurant, a wine cellar, a European - style spa, an ocean view fitness centre, boutique retail offerings, sport facilities, and a children’s club.
