TFE Hotels | Planning the Launch of a New Property in Brisbane, Australia

 TFE Hotels (TOGA Far East Hotels), an Australia’s international hotel group headquartered in Sydney is planning to open a new property in Brisbane, the capital and largest city of the state of Queensland and the third - most populous city in Australia, located on Brisbane River, famous for its riverside lifestyle, outdoor activities and cultural attractions, a major hub for sports and serves as a gateway to other Queensland destinations, such as the Gold Coast and North Stradbroke Island.  

Adina Chermside Brisbane scheduled for February 2026 will be located in Brisbane’s northern corridor, the region between the City’s CBD and the Sunshine Coast, which includes parts of the Moreton Bay Region, near Westfield Chermside, a major indoor/outdoor shopping centre in the northern suburb of Chermside and major transport links catering to both business and leisure travellers, as well as those visiting the nearby Prince Charles Hospital centre. 

Designed by WKM Architecture, a leading architecture, interiors and strategic firm with offices in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, the property will feature 148 units including studios and apartments, and amenities such as eatery, meeting rooms, a gym, and on - site parking.

TFE Hotels has also completed a refurbishment of Adina Anzac Square in Brisbane’s CDB. The project included updates to public spaces, the reception area, library, and communal workspaces, as well as to accommodation floors. The hotel features 67 studio, one - and two bedroom apartments that combine heritage architecture with contemporary design elements. 

The developments are part of TFE Hotels’ strategy to enhance its presence in Brisbane as the Australian city prepares for the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

In addition to these projects, TFE Hotels has made leadership changes within its Brisbane operations. Sue Rowe boasting an extensive experience with TFE Hotels, having managed several properties in Queensland has been appointed as General Manager of Adina Chermside Brisbane, tasked with overseeing the final stages of pre - opening and the subsequent launch. 

Bri Hill who joined TFE in 2018 who has been recognized for operational excellence and innovation, instrumental in various initiatives, including a guest experience pilot and a global brand repositioning project has been named named Cluster General General Manager for Adina Brisbane and Adina Anzac in the Central Business District.
