Accor S.A. | Launched its First Emblems Collection Hotel in the United Kingdom, Located in Chippenham, Wiltshire, England

Accor S.A., French multinational hospitality company based in Issy - les - Moulineaux has launched its first Emblems Collection hotel in the United Kingdom, located in Chippenham, a market town in north - west Wiltshire, England, nestled on the banks of the River Avon near the Costwolds Area of Outstanding Beauty, 9.7 kilometres from Bath and a little over an hour’s journey from central London. 

The opening  of Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa marks the debut of the Emblems Collection in Great Britain, which is set to expand with six additional properties over globally by 2027.  

Emblems Collection is a curated portfolio of luxury, character - rich hotels and resorts that are “emblematic” of their destination, designers, or demographics. Key features are a blend of intimate, residential charm with world - class hospitality, thoughtful design, and authentic ties to local culture and landscape. The brand operates with a philosophy of quiet, soulful luxury, focusing on exceptional experiences and a sense of place. 

The hotel is hosted in a grand Palladian mansion dating from the 1720s set within 500 acres of parkland in the Wiltshire countryside on the southern edge of the Cotswolds, s rural area in south - central England, known for its rolling hills and honey - coloured limestone villages and towns, a short distance from the attractions of Bath, including Sydney Gardens, and 16 kilometres from Dyrham Park estate.

This upscale hotel has undergone enhancements to align with the Emblems Collection’s standards and provides 42 comfortable, sophisticated rooms and suites feature antique furnishings and fine linens. Upgraded rooms and suites offer such amenities as 4 - poster or sleigh beds, sitting areas and/or iPod docks. In addition  Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa offers nine cottages.

Dining options include an acclaimed fine dining restaurant, as well as a brasserie, a spa providing indoor and outdoor pools, thermal cabins and a gym, and the hotel also offers an equestrian centre. 

The Emblems Collection plans to expand its presence with several openings by 2027. In 2026, Rimrock Banff, located in the Canadian Rockies, will join the collection following a renovation. This will be the brand’s first property in North America. 

In Italy, three properties are scheduled to open in 2026.Masseria Furnirussi in Puglia, sunny region in the south of the Italian peninsula will offer 60 suites and focus on a Mediterranean lifestyle. Palazzo Sozzini Malavolti in Siena, charming city in Tuscany will feature 38 rooms and a spa. Near Perugia, in Umbria region, Relais San Clemente will be transformed in a 51 - key estate with nine villas. In addition is also planned the future oipening of the Bellevue Hotel Cortina d’ Ampezzo, located in the Italian Dolomites that will feature 80 rooms and spa.

Greece will see the opening of Elatos Resort in 2027, located on the iconic Mount Parnassus. The resort will include 42 chalets and 15 rooms, catering to skiers and hikers. 

The Emblems Collection with its expansion aims to reach up to 60 properties worldwide over the next decade, with more than 15 additional locations currently under discussion.
