The Luce, St. Pete Beach, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel is scheduled to open in early 2026, owned by The LCP Group, a real estate investment manager and advisor headquartered in White Plains, New York and managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, an award – winning, nationally recognized, operator of hotels and resorts in the United States and Canada, based in Fairfax, Virginia.
The property located at 6300 Gulf Boulevard, positioned on a nine - acre beachfront site, offering direct access to the Gulf Coast shoreline, a convenient access to local attractions and dining options, as well as proximity to St. Pete - Clearwater International Airport and approximately a 36 - minute drive from Tampa International Airport (TPA).
The hotel has the perfect blend of modern hospitality highlighted with vintage Florida vacation vibes and will feature 200 comforrtable rooms, including bungalows suites.
Dining options at the hotel will include Sundrop, a lobby restaurant and bar, and Baby Turtle Beach Club, which will serve American coastal fare.
Amenities will include a large pool, poolside cabanas, a fitness centre, a retail boutique, and over 14.000 square feet of event space, comprising a ballroom and several indoor and outdoor venues.
The property will join the Tribute Portfolio brand, a collection of independent, boutique hotels that are distinguished by their captivating design, vibrant social scenes, and unique character. These properties are known for their individuality, incorporating bold colour, art installations, ans a focus on local community connection.
As part of the Tribute Portfolio brand, guests will be able to earn and redeem Marriott Bonvoy points during their stay.
