Namron Hospitality, a leading hospitality group based in Mexico City, Mexico, dedicated to creating exceptional travel experiences with a portfolio of distinctive properties, a firm that blends innovative design, intuitive service, and deep cultural connection to craft, has officially opened its second boutique hotel in the United States, located in Miami, vibrant coastal city in the state of Florida, known for its rich and diverse culture, beautiful beaches, tropical weather, iconic Art Deco architecture, highlighted by a thriving arts scene and vibrant nightlife.
Maison Felix is the new gem of Namron Hospitality, founded by Yves Naman. The group manages several boutique hotels across Mexico and made its US debut in October this year with the opening of Le Particulier in Miami Beach.
The Hotel is located at 7418 Harding Avenue in the North Beach area, close to the beach (4 -minute walk), Ocean Terrace Public Beach, North Shore Open Space Park, Normandy Shores Golf Club, also near Surfside and a 10 - minute drive from the Fontainebleau and Collins Avenue Shopping Area.
This intimate retreat that embodies the perfect blend of French sophistication and coastal American elegance is housed in a beautifully restored 1948 Miami Beach landmark with original structural elements, including stucco exterior walls and Spanish barrel roof tiling.
The hotel feature 29 rooms and suites. Ground - level suites open directly onto a central courtyard with a swimming pool, shaded by palms and featuring water features creates a serene urban oasis while while upper - level suites have vaulted ceilings.
The property’s south - facing wing provides a concealed side entrance and connecting suites for larger groups.
The hotel has been conceived and designed by Felix Cohen who said that North Beach is one of the city’s last true gems. It has a soul. Hotel brands have to take notice and there is a new energy coming in, a layer of luxury arriving, but it’s still grounded in authenticity.
The aim was to create the feeling of living like a local while immersing guests in beauty, nature, art, and culture. Maison Felix represents a slower and more refined Miami, one that is rooted in feeling and joy.
Namron Hospitality founder Yves Naman said that for him, hospitality is not about excess. Maison Felix is a sanctuary where presence, beauty, and belonging come together. In Miami Beach, the company wanted to create a more soulful place, one where every guest feels at home the moment they arrived, embraced by warmth and a sense of joy.
