Accor S.A. | Unveiled the Future Opening of a Mövenpick Hotel in Liphook, Hampshire, England, UK

Accor S.A., French multinational hospitality company headquartered in Issy - les - Moulineaux unveiled the future opening of a Mövenpick hotel in Liphook, a historic and attractive village located along the Wey Valley on the edge of the South Downs National Park providing access to a beautiful and vast landscape resource in the East Hampshire district of Hampshire, England, UK, 6.5 kilometres west of Haslemere, bypassed by the A3 road, and situated on the Hampshire/West Sussex/Surrey borders.

The French group has signed an agreement to introduce its Mövenpick brand to the United Kingdom in late 2027 with Select Group, an  award - winning real estate development and investment firm based in Dubai, UAE a firm which has delivered more than 20 million square feet of residential, commercial, hospitality and retail developments, with a further 6.000 units in the pipeline.

Set across more than 300 acres, the hotel will be housed in the former Old Thorns Estate & Resort located along Longmoor Road, a 3 - minute drive from the A3 road and a 6 - minute drive from Liphook train station in the attractive Hampshire countryside.

Following a renovation, the 194 - room property will feature four restaurants, a wellness centre with a new spa, extensive MICE facilities include 2.500 square metres of conference and meeting space, a ballroom accommodating over 500 guests plus a championship golf course.
