Hilton Worldwide Holdings, Inc., American multinational hospitality company based in Tysons, Virginia, has announced the signing of AMARIS Grace Bay, a new addition to its LXR Hotels & Resorts portfolio, a development that will be located on Grace Bay Beach, an exceptional and extensive beach, located on the northern coast of the idyllic island of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos.
Grace Bay Beach is world - renowned for its powdery white sand, calm, clear turquoise water, plus easy access and parking and a protective offshore coral reef making in ideal for relaxation, swimming, and water sports, with activities like parasailing and boat tours available, and Bight Reef nearby offering very good options for snorkeling.
Scheduled to open in 2028, this development is part of Hilton’s broader strategy to expand its presence in the Caribbean and Latin America. SEAFAMM (TCI) Ltd owns the project consisting in a mix of resort and residential offerings.
The planned development introducing LXR Hotels & Resorts in Turks and Caicos aims to offer the beauty and appeal of a Caribbean paradise with a property offering stunning views of Grace Bay’s turquoise water and boasting a design that will incorporate materials uch as woven fabrics and polished wood to integrate with the natural surroundings.
The resort will include 170 comfortable rooms and suites, with options ranging from one to four - bedroom branded residences.
The property will feature two specialty restaurants, including a beachfront restaurant and a Japanese Grill. Additional amenities at the AMARIS Grace Bay will include a spa and fitness centre covering nearly 10.000 square feet, a 970 - square - foot event space, a kid’s club and game room.
The establishment will join LXR Hotels & Resorts brand, a Hilton’s collection of unique, independent luxury hotels and resorts in intriguing global locations, focusing on immersive, locally - inspired experiences and bespoke service, rather than a standardized brand feel. Each property maintains its own distinct history and identity, offering guests curated cultural adventures, fine dining, and a hub for personal exploration under the Hilton umbrella.
The new development will offer guests access to the Hilton Honours loyalty program, which provides benefits for members who book directly with Hilton.
Hilton currently has nearly 300 hotels in the region with approximately 160 more in the development pipeline including 50 properties in the luxury and lifestyle categories.
The company’s expansion plans also include other projects in the region, such as the Waldorf AstoriaTurks and Caicos Dellis Cay, set to open in 2028, and the Waldorf Astoria San Miguel de Allende in Mexico, expected in 2027.
Hilton aims to nearly double its presence across its luxury brands, which include Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, and LXR Hotels & Resorts.
