Fun Republic by Meliá, a new nighttime theme park, has officially opened its doors offering residents and visitors a new attraction designed for family - friendly fun and adult entertainment in Punta Cana, a popular resort town located on the easternmost point of the the Dominican Republic, well known for its 32 kilometres of pristine beaches, clear turquoise waters, luxury hotels and resorts and a vibrant nighlife.
This new entertainment hub developed by Meliá Hotels International, renowned Spanish hotel chain based in Palma de Mallorca features attractions like mini - golf, rope courses, a carousel, and interactive rides (EtherQuest, Challenge of the Mad Mage), plus live shows, themed nights, and included food/drinks (beer, soft drinks) offering family fun by day and adult nightlife with special pricing for residents and free access for Meliá guests.
Accesssible via a short golf cart ride from Meliá resorts in Punta Cana, located at Palma Real Plaza and designed for all ages, the park operates Wednesday to Sunday from 06:00 p.m to 10:00 a.m, and it is a new attraction which aims to complement beach days with a fun, IP - driven experience from Falcon’s Beyond.
Local residents benefit from special admission rates, with tickets priced at US$35 for adults and US$20 for children. Non - resident rates are set at US$40 for adults and US$25 for children. Visitors can enjoy unlimited access to attractions such as Air Jam, Partee mini - golf, Funky Munky rope course, Jump! Playtopia for children, and a classic carousel along with themed entertainment and dining options.
Admissions include food and drinks from three food trucks and an on - site bar, with soft drinks and beer included and premium beverages available at an additional cost.
Tickets can be purchased directly at the park, and Fun Republic also offers special packages for schools, birthday parties, and group events.
Guests staying at select Meliá hotels in Punta Cana enjoy unlimited access to the park, further positioning Fun Republic as a new entertainment hub that enhances both the local leisure scene and the region’s tourism offering.
