The Autograph Collection is set to extend its portfolio with the addition of UNFRAMED, a new luxury boutique hotel, as part of an expansion of Marriott International in key destinations in the United States within the luxury market.

Autograph Collection is located at 1685 Washington Avenue in the mid - South Beach area of Miami Beach, near Soundscape Park, the New World Symphony Center, The Filmore Miami Beach at Jackie Gleason Theatre, The Bass Museum of Art, within easy reach of Wynwood, The Design District, downtown Miami, and approximately a 20 - minute drive from Miami International Airport.
The property is described as the first premium, lifestyle property to open on Washington Avenue in the last decaades. The hotel architectural design features undulating white curves on the exterior and interiors with elements like smooth stone, brushed metal, and wood cabinetry.
Scheduled to open in April 2026, the property will feature 149 rooms and suites, all with private balconies or outdoor terraces. Guest rooms include king and double queen configuration, with a presidential suite spanning more than 700 square feet.
The new hotel includes a rooftop pool, a fourth - floor open - air atrium courtyard, open to the sky and featuring greenery, water features and seating areas.
The boutique hotel will also offer the first Vilebrequin La Plage restaurant and bar in North America, following venues opened in Cannes, Crete, Doha, and Oman.
Scheduled to open in May 2026, the launch of the venue is in partnership with French resortwear brand Villebrequin. The 18.000 - square - foot venue was designed by Vincent Darré and developed with 34th Floor Hospitality, a consulting hospitality development and management company headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada and Schulte F&B Group, a premier hospitality management and development firm based in Louisville, Kentucky.
Executive Chef Gregory Gourreau, will oversee a menu inspired by southern France and local South Florida produce.
Meeting and Events UNFRAMED, Autograph Collection will provide indoor and outdoor event spaces for up to 100 guests, including a rooftop pool terrace, a fourth - floor atrium, and the first - floor Soundscape room.
The hotel has partnership with Soundscape Park and the Miami Beach Convention Center for meetings and events.
