The Crocodile Hotel is situated on land leased from the Mrarr Traditional Owners through Gundjeihmi Aboriginal Corporation Jabiru Town (GACJT) which describes the transaction as a step toward delivering the Mirarr Jabiru Masterplan that identifies Jabiru as a location for eco - friendly, active outdoor, and Indigenous cultural tourism.
The property is known for its distinctive shape, representing the saltwater crocodile and features 110 comfortable rooms, the Manjmukmuk Restaurant and Bar, an outdoor swimming pool, conference facilities, and an on - site art galler showcasing local artwork.
