Hilton Worldwide Holdings., Inc., American multinational hospitality company based in Tysons, Virginia will open a 210 - Room Curio Collection by Hilton resort in Kaua’i, known as the “Garden Islw”, the oldest and northernmost of the the main Hawaiian islands. Famous for its dramatic emerald valleys, cascading waterfalls, pristine beaches, and the towering 4.000 - foot cliffs of the Nā Pali Coast, Kaua’I offers a lush, cinematic escape for hikers, beachgoers, and nature lovers alike.
Hake Hōkūala Kaua’i, Curio Collection by Hilton, has begun accepting reservation for stays starting October 1, 2026 and will be the first Curio Collection by Hilton property in the U.S. state of Hawai’i.
The property is located within the Hōkūala Resort community in the heart of Kaua’I, near Līhu’e Airport, providing easy access to several destinations, including Hamaley Bay, Kōke’e State Park, the North Shore, Princeville and Waimea Canyon.
The resort’s design includes architecture by Hart Howerton Architects Design, a New York and San Francisco design firm providing interdisciplinary planning, architecture, landscape architecture and interior design in collaboration with AHL, a full service architecture firm headquartered in Honolulu, Hawai’i, specializing in architecture, master planning, interior design and sustainability.
Interiors developments are led by Looney & Associates, an interior design firm specialising in projects for the hospitality industry with offices in Chicago, Dallas, and Honolulu.
The property will feature 210 rooms, including 23 suites with spa - inspired bathrooms equipped with walk - in showers or soaking tubs and private balconies, some offering views of Nāwiliwili Bay, the Ocean Course at Hōkūala or Hā’upu Mountain.
Amenities at the resort will include a signature restaurant with Portuguese and Hawaiian influences, an outdoor pool with a poolside bar, a fitness centre, tennis and pickleball courts, approximately 13.000 square of indoor and outdoor space, access to the Ocean Course at Hōkūala, kilometres of scenic walking and biking trails, as well as The Farm at Hōkūala.
The resort will join the Curio Collection by Hilton brand characterized by individually remarkable hotels and resorts picked for the their unique character, design, and story.
Each location of the brand offers distinctive architecture,locally inspired design, world - class food and beverage options, and curated local experiences, a soft brand that allows hotels to retain their unique identities within Hilton’s portfolio.while still providing the benefits of Hilton Honors program.
Hake Hōkūala Kaua’i, Curio Collection by Hilton, will participate in Hilton Honors guest loyalty program. Reservations can be made on Hilton.com or through the Hilton Honors app.
