Nobu Hospitality LCC, American hospitality company based in Miami Beach, Florida, a brand focuses on modern luxury and minimalist Japanese tradition in its lifestyle properties, a group founded by renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Academy winner Robert De Niro and Hollywood producer Meir Teper has unveiled the upcoming opening of a new hotel in Spain, located in Madrid,, Spain's capital located in the central part of the Iberian Peninsula on the banks of the River Manzanares, the largest and most populous city of the country, highlighted by elegant boulevards, ample squares, manicured parks and a captivating architecture, well known for its rich repositories of European art in its emblematic museums.
Nobu Hotel Madrid is set to open on 1 September 2026, introducing the brand’s first hotel in the Spanish capital and in fifth in Spain joining existing Nobu hotels in Barcelona, Ibiza, Marbella, and San Sebastián.

Nobu Hotel Madrid will feature 50 rooms and suites designed by Estudio Caramba, an acclaimed architecture and interior design headquartered in Madrid. Accommodations include the Nobu Suite, spanning 105 square metres with a private terrace and city views. Floor - to - ceiling windows are included in all guest rooms and suites.
The establishment will house a tri - level Nobu restaurant, bat, and lounge, marking the brand’s first - ever culinary debut in the Spanish capital, with interiors blending Japanese minimalism and contemporary Spanish elegance created by the award - winning architecture and design studio GRONDA, a dynamic, multifaceted studio based in Madrid that spreads the fields of Architecture, Interiors, Industrial and experiential design.
The venue will include a 7th rooftop lounge and bar that offers sweeping views over Madrid’s historic city centre Dining facilities will be open to both international and national visitors, as well as local residents.
