Bet Capital Group, an investment fund manager has acquired the Spanish Izán Hotels Group.
The hospitality Company consists of a group of hotels such as Prado Real Business Center, Izán Cavanna, Izán Puerta de Gredos and NH Palacio de Oquendo.Bet Capital Group owns other hotels which are rented and managed by third parties.
The Chairman of Bet Capital Group has announced that the sale and purchase agreement for the entire hotel package has already been signed although it is subject to the final due diligence.
The jewel in the crown of this package is the Hotel Cavanna, located in La Manga del Mar Menor in the community of Murcia, which provides more than 400 rooms and with this acquisition it further consolidates Bet Group after having included in its portfolio several hotel plots located in Costa del Sol and in the Levante area.
Bet Capital Group is constantly growing thanks to foreign investors and is also focusing on Latin American markets with local partners who are providing the investment fund with new opportunities for expansion.
