Extended Stay America, operator of an economy apartment hotel chain in the United States and Canada based in Charlotte – North Carolina has announced the opening of Stay American Suites Portland North, a property developed by Trimark – University Housing IV based in Seattle that will be managed by Ark Hospitality.
The accommodation is located in Portland, Oregon's largest city sits on the Columbia and Willamette rivers at the foot of the Mount Hood known for its parks, bicycle paths as well as for its eco-friendliness and microbreweries.
The property is located a short distance from Portland Airport and approximately 800 meters from the Tri-Met Delta Park train station with easy access to Oregon Health & Science University, Providence Health Services, Reed College, Portland University, Terminal 6 Port Authority, Forest Park and several distribution facilities including Amazon, Subaru America and JCB Packaging.
The structure is developed on three floors providing 146 rooms, offers free Wi-Fi, a free healthy breakfast, fitness center and laundry service.
Each spacious suite is designed for comfort and convenience with fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, hobs, cookware, dishes, utensils and a workspace.
