Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc., renowned American multination hospitality company, founded in 1919 and based in Tysons - Virginia - U.S., nowadays one of the largest hotel chains in the world will inaugurate[ in the spring of 2025 the Hilton Turin City Centre, a new luxury hotel in the capital of Piedmont.

This project and development originates from the recovery of the former Golden Palace Hotel owned by the GERAS 2 Fund, real estate core fund managed by Ream Sgr, Real Estate Asset Management based in Turin which will outline the project with the Della Frera Group.

This transaction is based on a franchise agreement with Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc., which will see an investment of €50 million for the complete renovation of the building.

Hilton's Vice President, Development Southern Europe, Alan Mantin, said this is the second hotel in Turin to further strengthen the portfolio with more than 50 hotels currently operating or in the pipeline throughout Italy.

Turin is currently among the top ten Italian cities in the ranking for tourist arrivals and this new hotel represents the certainty that it will constitute a rich integration into Hilton's already growing presence in the region.

The future Hilton Turin City Centre is housed in a historic building where the headquarters of the Compagnia Anonima d'Assicurazione di Torino was located, designed by the architect Emilio Decker in 1953.

The building is a clear example of rationalist architecture in a contemporary key, an architectural movement that developed in Italy in the 1920s and 1930s in connection with the international Modern Movement following the principles of functionalism which has its ideal roots in ancient classical Roman architecture, in the Renaissance and also in the architecture of the Enlightenment,in vogue in various Italian cities including Turin.

The hotel will provide 175 rooms spread over five floors, divided into standard, superior, junior and suite rooms with a highlight a sumptuous presidential suite that will bring The Chiara Caberlon Interior Design Studio based in Milan with a development based on design elements that evoke the aesthetics of offices enriched with sage green tones, bronze and brass details, fine leathers creating a combination of style, refinement, beauty and comfort.

At the entrance there will be a monumental and spacious lobby with a restaurant, a bar and an exclusive lounge that represents the Hilton character and brand.

The ground floor will be dedicated to the congress proposal with three large meeting rooms and two boardrooms reserved for private meetings, all developed on an area of 350 square meters.

At guests' disposal there will be facilities dedicated to wellness such as a luxurious Spa that will be equipped with a Turkish bath, emotional showers, treatment room, sauna, an indoor swimming pool and a modern fitness center.

The Founder and President of Della Frera Group, Guido Della Frera said that he chose Turin for this operation because it is a city to be considered in strong development, characterized by a lively economic and cultural growth, with an increasingly central role in the Italian tourist and business scene.

This project, the seventh in partnership with Hilton, represents another important step in the Group's growth and expansion.
