This development project is also directly linked to the boom in the Moroccan tourism market, which is is leading notable plans of the diversification of its destinations, new tourist products, an expansion of its incoming tourism activities covering more segments and niches, the launch of the alternative tourism next to the consolidated traditional focuses on cultural and historical tours of the Imperial cities.

All these moves that are attracting more and more tourists are strategies that elevated the North African country as leading destination in the African continent.

Also waiting for a major event as the 2030 Fifa World Cup, co - organised with Spain and Portugal,
Mohamed V Airport in Casablanca is part of dynamic plan of improvements of airports, an aerodrome that currently has a capacity for some 15 million passengers and aims to be able to absorb more than 30 million passengers by 2029.

The new futuristic terminal at Mohamed V Airport in its project of modernisation will have a H – shaped designed, providing very efficient and modern infrastructure, aligned with the quality standards required on the international stage in terms of efficiency of air connections, ensuring quick baggage handling and an optimal use of telescopic corridors.

The new terminal will be a technical and architectural marvel, reflecting a complete transformation inspired by the Atlantic Ocean waves, it will boast a new 3.700 - metre and modern infrastructure along with new parking areas, commercial zones, a duty - free shop, VIP lounges and a hotel with panoramic views.

The new futuristic terminal will be also linked to the LGV, the high - speed train line connecting Kenitra and Marrakech, providing fast and easy transport to major cities.
