TUI Group | Unveiled the Future Opening of its Second Hotel in Cambodia, located in Siem Reap

TUI Group, a German multinational leisure, travel and tourism company headquartered in Hanover, and trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Hanover Stock Exchange continues its Asia expansion and unveiled the future opening of its second hotel in Cambodia, located in Siem Reap, the second largest city of the country situated in the northwest territory of the Southest Asian nation.

The city is known to be the gateway to the iconic ruins of Angkor, the seat of the Khmer Kingdom from the 9th - 15th centuries and the Tonlé Sap, the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia and an ecological hotspot, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1997.

The new hotel is Tui Blue Angkor Grace which follows the launch of TUI Blue Sihanoukville in 2025, a development that is part of a strategy to expand  the group footprint in the region. 

In the current financial year TUI Group opened seven hotels across Cambodia, China, Indonesia and Thailand, this brings the company’s Asian portfolio to a total of 25 hotels in eight countries.

TUI Blue Angkor Grace boasts a prime location near the emblematic Angkor Wat temple complex and the Tonlé Sap and will be part of TUI Blue brand, well known for its focus on authentic food with local flair, expert BLUE® Guides, and a wide array of tailored activities and entertainment. 

Guests can expect personal service, cultural immersion and digital convenience via the BLUE® app. The brand also offers a holistic fitness and well - being program and provides both family - friendly and adult – only options.

The hotel will feature 151 comfortable rooms, a gym, a yoga studio plus, and focusing on wellness the property will provide  facilities including a hydrotherapy experience featuring a magnesium -rich pool, onsen and ice baths as well as traditional healing practices and a dedicated Kids Wellness Centre.  The hotel collaborates with farmers to produce local ingredients for its culinary offerings.

CEO TUI Hotels & Resorts, Artur Gerber, stated that the company is delighted to support the expansion of the leisure hotel in Cambodia.

In the coming months, TUI Group will continue its expansion across the Asian continent, with plans to grow in Vietnam and Malaysia.
