LivAway Suites, an economy extended – stay brand headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, a hospitality firm which offers simple, affordable and modern suites for cost – conscious travellers and developers that aims to disrupt the traditional hotel franchise with a transparent, developer - centric approach has commenced construction on a new extended – stay in Mesa, a lively city just east of Phoenix, in Arizona, U.S.
Mesa, a thriving hub of technology and industry is also known to be the gateway to the stunning Sonoran Desert and Tonto National Forest inviting travellers to explore its scenic waterways, kayak through winding canyons, or paddleboard along the Salt River and for a one - of - a kind desert adventure, riding the waves at Revel Surf at Cannon Beach, the country’s first surf park of its kind.
This development represents the fifth LivAway Suite location in the state and is part of the company’s broader strategy to expand its presence nationwide. The company is focusing on expanding in markets with strong economic fundamentals and the Mesa location is part of its strategy to build a regional footprint in Arizona.
The Mesa hotel is scheduled to open in the fall of 2026 and will feature amenities such as in - room kitchens, private bathrooms, seating areas with 50 - inch smart TVs, tech laundry facilities, and high – speed Wi-Fi.
The establishment will also provide access to LivAway’s long - term stay program, including extended - stay rates and early booking discounts.
The Mesa project Is part of LivAway Suites’ national development pipeline, which currently includes 22 locations, either open or under development and the company plans an additional 12 to 15 groundbreakings in 2026.
