Nobu Hospitality LCC, American hospitality company based in Miami Beach, focuses on modern luxury and minimalist Japanese tradition in its lifestyle and properties, a group founded by renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Academy winner Robert De Niro and Hollywood producer Meir Teper announced an international expansion with plans to open new hotels, restaurants, and residential units in Azerbaijan and Montenegro in partnership with Sea Breeze Resort.
Azerbaijan Project - This development will be located near Baku, along the Caspian coast within the Sea Breeze Resort area consisting in a residential and hotel complex with extensive year - round facilities, marking Nobu’s first entry into Azerbaijan.
The project will feature a hotel featuring 80 comfortable rooms and 100 residences including five villas. The design will incorporate Nobu’s signature aesthetic, focusing on natural materials and a balance of comfort and sophistication.
The property will also include a Nobu restaurant offering Japanese, Peruvian cuisine, a bar lounge, fitness centre, wellness spa, and meeting and event spaces. Guests and residents will have direct access to the beach on the Caspian Sea.
Montenegro Project - Set along the Adriatic coast within Sea Breeze Resort Montenegro, the Nobu complex will feature an 80 - room luxury hotel, 100 private residences, and five bespoke villas centred around a signature Nobu restaurant.
With panoramic sea views, private waterfront access, and proximity to one of the region’s most exclusive destinations, Nobu Montenegro positioned near exclusive regional destinations will embody the perfect balance of the Adriatic Montenegrin coast, a captivating blend of dramatic mountains plunging into turquoise waters, diverse beaches, authentic fshing villages, pebbled coves and serene beauty.
