The opening of Tempo by Hilton Nashville Midtown marks the brand’s second property in Nashville and is part of Hilton broader strategy to expand its presence in key destinations in the United States like Nashville, attracting 17.39 million visitors who generated $11.64 billion in visitor spending in the most recent full - year metrics. This boom in tourism accounted for 16% YOY growth, pushing Nashville to hit record - breaking lodging revenues and airport passenger traffic.
The hotel was developed in partnership with Vision Hospitality Group, a company based in Chattanooga, TN that partners with leading brands to develop innovative hotel and restaurant concepts to offer an award – winning hospitality.
This is Vision Hospitality Group’s first Tempo by Hilton project. The hotel’s layout and programming were designed to support both short stays and extended visits, targeting business and leisure travellers in the Midtown area.
The property is located at 110 20th Avenue North in the heart of Music City, approximately 1.6 km from Centennial Sportsplex, Vanderbilt University, and the Frist Art Museum, not far from Music Row.
The hotel is situated within Nashville’s Midtown district, an energetic, highly walkable neighbourhood situated just west of Downtown, featuring a dynamic mix of chef - driven restaurants, bustling bars, historic music venues, and expansive urban green spaces, offering a more local alternative to the tourist – heavy Honky Tonk Highway.
